Refunds & cancellation

This is the cancellation and refund policy — the same deal described on every product page.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for. You keep full access until then. You can reverse a pending cancellation from the dashboard before the period ends.

No mid-period refunds by default

Subscriptions are prepaid for the month or year you chose. We do not automatically refund unused time. If something is genuinely broken and we cannot fix it, email [email protected] and we will make it right — including a refund where that is the fair outcome.

Retention offers

If you start a cancellation we may show one discount offer. You can skip it. Taking it is optional. It is not a maze and it is not required to cancel.

License after cancel

When the period ends the license stops renewing. Subscribe again later and the same key can be reactivated.
